November 6, 2010 - Antique-A-Thon - Annual Antique-A-Thon at The History Place, downtown Morehead City, NC. Experts gather to assist the public with questions about antiques they bring in. November 12 - 13, 2010 - Farm Toy Show - Downtown Washington. The annual Farm Toy Show features miniature farm displays, pedal tractors, new & used farm toys, restoration parts, and much more. November 13, 2010 - Annual PTRF Oyster Roast - 6-11:30pm, Downtown Washington, Washington, NC. Enjoy massive quantities of steaming oysters served under the stars, beer on tap, soft drinks and chili. Also, a SILENT AUCTION featuring many unique and creative items. Oysters are served 6pm 'til about 8pm. Call (252)946-7211 for more information.

November 14 - December 5, 2010 - Arts & Crafts Coalition Holiday Show & Sale - This three-week show and sale of original juried artwork by members of the Carteret County Arts and Crafts Coalition opens each year in alternating locations. Local artists combine their work to create the show for Christmas shopping opportunities and, because of the outstanding works, it is truly an event not to be missed. November 20, 2010 - Jumble Sale - The Jumble Sale is an event that harkens back to the English countryside of the 1800s where villages held these fairs during festivals. Based on this historic premise, the grounds of the site will be filled with vendors selling antiques and collectibles, fine art, pottery, jewelry, crafts, tag sale items, candles, books, food, holiday gift items and more. Traditionally held the Saturday before Thanksgiving, it’s a great time to do some Christmas shopping.At the Beaufort Historic Site, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. A community market of crafts, food, arts, antiques, holiday gifts and more. There is no admission fee. Public and vendor information is available at (252) 728-5225.

November 21, 2010 - Community Thanksgiving Feast - The Sunday before Thanksgiving, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, at the Beaufort Historic Site, Beaufort. Thanksgiving Feast is prepared by Beaufort's restaurants and served at the Historic Site by the plate. Enjoy exceptional food and autumn weather by the sea. November 22 - 24, 2010 - The Lipizzaner Stallions - The Lipizzaner Stallions will be performing at the Crystal Coast Civic Center November 22nd-24th. For more information, call (252)247-3883.

November 27, 2010 - Emerald Isle Christmas Parade - Parade begins at 4:00 PM on Mangrove Drive and proceeds east on Hwy. 58 to Town Hall. Caroling, cider, Santa and Lighting of the Tree follows the parade in Merchants Park. Event is sponsored by Emerald Isle Business Association and Town of Emerald Isle.
