March 5 - 7, 2010 - Coastal Home & Garden Show - The coastal Home & Garden Show has been an avenue for new homeowners, established homeowners and those who want to remodel or do-it-yourselfers. Over 65 exhibitors marketing their business and services all under one roof. Great opportunity for a business and a great opportunity for the community to see all services available. March 6 - 7, 2010 - Train Show - Sat. 10am - 5pm, Sun. 10am - 4pm. Train Show with over 10 operating layouts of trains and vendors selling all types of railroad equipment. Old equipment can be evaluated and priced. Hourly door prize drawings will be announced. Food concession stand will also be available. Sponsored by Carolina Coastal Railroaders. March 13, 2010 - Emerald Isle St. Patrick's Day - The Emerald Isle St. Patrick's Day celebration is a one-day festival of all things green on the Emerald Isle. The Festival occurs at Emerald Plantation Shopping Center and is filled with music, dancing, green beverages, corned beef and cabbage along with contests and fun for kids that is scheduled and on-going throughout the day. March 13 & 14, 2010 - Spring Home & Garden Show - Sat. 10am-5pm & Sun. Noon-4pm at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center, 203 South Front Street,New Bern, NC. The Home and Garden Show is an event designed for homeowners in all stages of remodeling, landscaping and decorating their homes. Each event includes hundreds of exhibits with merchandise, sample interior and exterior vignettes and product demonstrations. With a combination of new products and expert advice from the pros, the Home and Garden Show inspires homeowners with countless ideas on enhancing their home’s comfort and functionality, as well as its aesthetic appeal and overall value.
